We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers and ensure that you are left satisfied with our service.

Covid compliant

We have taken several steps to ensure that our services are as COVID compliant as possible. Our main priority is to make sure that we offer you the safest service possible.

We’ve taken several steps to make our services COVID safe including

    – Having drivers undertake courses in COVID safety.
    – Vehicle sanitizing both before and after trips.
    – Compliant with CPVV and TSV COVID regulations.


All drivers employed by Aus Wide are accredited through the CPVV and surpass industry standards in training and quality of service. Each of our drivers hold MSIC and Airport Driver Authority Cards, and are inducted into major port locations all over Australia, meaning there's nowhere we cant drop you off or deliver your goods!


We pride ourselves on our business model which places customer satisfaction above all else, and in doing so we strive to ensure that you receive a high quality and pleasant service. We understand that your time is valuable and therefore we place a strict adherence on the punctuality of our services. We also understand that sometimes your plans may change, and are able to cater to last minute changes to ensure you get the services you need exactly when you need them.

Servicing and saftey

All vehicles in our fleet are inspected weekly to ensure they surpass all safety standards. Our vehicles also undergo safety inspections every 3 months and servicing every 10,000Km’s.

All passenger vehicles Aus Wide owns are registered with the CPVV and all Coaches and buses are registered with Transport Safety Victoria


We offer all Delivery and Transport services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all public holidays. Aus Wide offers our service at several locations in every state across Australia so we wont have a problem delivering the services you need, wherever you need them and whenever you need them!


All employees adhere to strict policies and procedures put in place to ensure the safety of both themselves and the consumer. These policies include, but are not limited to Drug and Alcohol Policy, Driver Rules and Conduct, Emergency Procedures, Occupational Health and Safety, OH&S Policy
